Ms. Beale has a BA degree in Music from the University of Mary Washington. She has been an assistant band director and currently teaches chorus at a private school in Stafford County. Mr. Bollino has his Bachelors in Music from West Virginia University. He received his MS in Music and has performed extensively including Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center. Mr. Bangle is the Orchestra Director at Ni River Middle School in Spotsylvania County. He received both a Bachelors of Instrumental Music Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Christopher Newport University. Mr. Devereaux has been teaching privately and performing professionally for the last 10 years. He taught band at Fredericksburg Academy from 2005-2007. Mr. Devereaux is working towards completing his Bachelors in Music at the University of Mary Washington. Beginner Mr. Cray has been pianist/arranger for Airmen of Note, and spent 28 years with the Air Force Band. He specializes in jazz piano for students age 16 and up. Mr. Donnelly is an outstanding performer. He uses computer to help teach jazz, classical, or church instruction. He has 30 years of freelance experience in churches and in the community. Mr. Drum attended Berklee College of Music and the Virginia Commonwealth University where he earned his BA in Classical Guitar Performance. After teaching privately for 5 years in New York, Mr. Drum relocated to Fredericksburg where he teaches privately and performs regularly throughout the region. Mr. George teaches strings for 4th - 12th grade in the City of Fredericksburg. He received his Bachelors in Music Industry from James Madison University and has worked at JMU's Spring String Thing for 15 years, where he is currently the Head Boys Counselor and has worked with all levels of orchestras in sectionals and masterclasses. Mrs. Hartigan is the owner of Forte Music Studios and has been involved in the music community throughout Fredericksburg for 20 years. She has performed and assisted in other roles with organizations such as, Chamber Chorale of Fredericksburg, MWC Community Orchestra, RPO, as well as worked with the RYS and FCS. Along with her professional training, she has attended classes at MWC. Mrs. Hartigan has been teaching private violin and cello lessons to students in the Fredericksburg area for 15 years. Mr. Hockaday has had intensive conservatory training in Music Education, Vocal Performance, Piano and Music Theater from the UVA and Shorter college. She is active in the mid-Atlantic region, with two CD's to her credit and frequent calls to do subbing work. She is also a student of Afro/Cuban hand drumming. Brittany is a teacher whose dedication goes much further than the teaching studio. She often puts sessions together on her own time with students, such as her Kids Jamming for Kids Program (a program allowing young musicans to give back to the community through charity concerts) and Girls' Jam. She performs locally with the jazz funk group, The Slammin' Sisters. She also plays bass with The Swing Kings, a big band jazz ensemble out of Philadelphia. She teaches music at Chancellor Middle School in Spotsylvania County. Mrs. Lewis is an active member of the Spotswood Baptist Church Orchestra. Mrs. Winstead has performed throughout the Washington area for most of her life. She graduated from Catholic University School of Music with a BM in Vocal Performance, and has been teaching privately for 5 years and continues to be an active performer.
